Atlanta, GA July 10, 2015

Anti-Zionist Orthodox Jews Participate in Al-Quds Day Rallies in Many Major Cities

On July 10, 2015, rallies were held in many major cities worldwide to commemorate the International Al-Quds Day. This day is designated by many Muslim communities as a day of remembering Quds (Jerusalem), the entire Palestine, and the catastrophe and calamity that was brought upon them with the creation of the State of Israel.

The Truth About Zionism and the Struggle with Holy Land

Speech by Rabbi Dovid Feldman, at the Quds Day Rally in Atlanta, Georgia, on July 10, 2015

Assaloom Alekoom

We have gathered here today on the International Quds day, to remember the oppressed people of Quds-Jerusalem and of Palestine.

We are here to decry the ongoing crimes against the people of Palestine and to condemn the decades-long occupation of the land of Palestine.

Presently we are standing at the anniversary of the last Zionist war in Gaza. The images of those events are still in front of our eyes. We should remember what was done to them and do all in our ability to stop these ongoing tragedies.

As human beings we declare that these murderous Zionist actions are crimes against humanity, and as Jewish people we declare that all of this is in total violation of Jewish religion.

Jewish law forbids killing or stealing; it forbids harming anyone or damaging the property of another.

Judaism requires Jews to live in peace with their neighbors, to live as loyal citizens in the countries where they reside and to behave with kindness and compassion.

For two thousand years Jews lived peacefully in non-Jewish lands, loyal to their host governments, because they believed in the basics of Judaism. They accepted G-d's decree of exile and followed the word of G-d not to rebel against any nation, not to end exile by physical means and not to go up to the Holy Land by mass immigration.

But the modern State of Israel is in total contrast to Jewish religion. Zionism transforms Judaism from a religion into a nationalism. Their goal is to drop the religion and stop the practice of G-d's commandments, to rebel against nations and commit all kinds of crimes.

This criminal movement of Zionism that unjustly occupies Palestine, falsely claims that this movement is a Jewish concept. They dare to say that the Holy Torah condones all their actions.

But we clearly state that the State of Israel does not represent Judaism or World Jewry.  When they commit all their criminal acts in our name we are ashamed, it is an embarrassment to our religion and a desecration of G-d's name.

By calling themselves the "Jewish State", they are hijacking our name and stealing our identity.

Why do they call themselves the State of Israel? It should be called the State of Satan.

Just as we stand here today in Atlanta, Georgia observing the International Quds Day, righteous people across the globe remember Palestine and all that has been done to its people. Among them are also representatives of anti-Zionist Orthodox Jewish communities in many cities around the world: New York City; Houston, Texas; Dallas, Texas; Seattle, Washington; Toronto, Canada; London, England; Berlin, Germany and Copenhagen, Denmark. These Jews stand in total solidarity with Palestine, they condemn all Zionist atrocities and encourage supporting the victims.

In conclusion, we should all pray for the speedy and total dismantlement of this political State of Israel, and we hope that this should happen peacefully without any more suffering of anyone involved, and all rights should be restored to the indigenous inhabitants of Palestine.

Ultimately we pray that the glory of the Almighty should be revealed throughout the universe, and all mankind will serve the One G-d in peace and brotherhood. Amen.
